MAIL-IN ORDERS
Customers who choose to send items to Stratus Enterprises, Inc. through the mail do so at their own risk. Stratus Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for items that are lost, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged during transit to or from our offices.
Customers are solely responsible for selecting their shipping carrier, purchasing any desired tracking services, and obtaining shipping insurance if they wish to protect the value of their items. Stratus Enterprises, Inc. cannot be held liable for any items that fail to arrive, arrive damaged, or are lost while in the possession of the shipping carrier.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY & LOST MAIL
Once an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment is transferred to the carrier. Stratus Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered once they have been accepted by the shipping provider.
Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped. Any delivery issues, including lost or missing packages, must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking number. Stratus Enterprises, Inc. cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for items that are lost in transit.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses cannot be replaced or refunded.
